1. What is the warranty period for NELUX solar luminaires?

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and ensures that our customers can have confidence in the durability and reliability of our products. 2. Does the price include the remote control?

Yes, the price of our solar luminaires typically includes the remote control. Usually we provide one remote control for ten luminaires. The remote control allows for convenient operation, including adjusting the brightness, setting timers, and managing color temperature where applicable. However, for specific models, the inclusion of the remote may vary, so we recommend checking the product specifications or contacting our sales team for confirmation.

3. What is the country of origin of the product?

Our solar luminaires are focus on high standards and quality. The manufacturing is carried out in China, leveraging advanced technology and efficient production processes. This allows us to offer our customers cutting-edge lighting solutions at competitive prices.

4. What are the terms of payment?

We offer flexible payment terms to accommodate our clients' needs. Standard payment terms include a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment. We also accept a variety of payment methods including wire transfers, confirming and other arrangements depending on the order size and client requirements. 5. Is the product capable of resistance to salty air?

Yes, our solar luminaires are designed to be resistant to salty air environments, making them suitable for coastal areas and other locations with high salt content in the atmosphere. The remote control allows for seamless adjustments to meet your specific lighting needs.

8. How does the luminaire detect the environmental lighting level to turn on and off automatically?

Our solar luminaires are always focus on real and daily questions happening to our clients. Our Solar Luminaires equipped with advanced sensors that automatically detect the ambient light levels. These sensors enable the luminaire to turn on at dusk and off at dawn or when there is sufficient daylight. This automatic operation helps in conserving energy and ensuring efficient lighting only when needed. The sensitivity of these sensors can sometimes be adjusted depending on the model. The light senor will detect automatically itself when the sky is getting dark or bright.

9. How long does the luminaire operate on a full charge?

The operational time of our solar luminaires depends on the specific model and environmental factors. On average, our solar luminaires can operate for 8 to 12 hours on a full charge. This duration is based on optimal conditions, including sufficient sunlight for charging during the day. Some models feature energy-saving modes that can extend operating hours.

NELUX solar luminaires are designed to withstand a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and heavy rain.
